FCCA-qualified Accountant | Data & Business Analyst | Certified Coach & Mentor | Creative Entrepreneur

I'm Monica Lawrence — an FCCA-qualified accountant, Data and Business Analyst, certified coach and mentor with more than 10 years' experience, and a creative entrepreneur.
I bring together financial understanding, business and data analysis, process and systems thinking, coaching, creativity and hands-on experience of using AI to build and improve businesses.
That combination allows me to work from both sides of the problem: helping an individual turn an idea into something commercially viable, and helping an established business examine how it currently operates and identify where technology, AI and automation could genuinely make it work better.
For more than 10 years, I have coached and mentored people through change, helping them gain clarity, recognise possibilities and move from thinking about what they want to do to taking practical action.
Professionally, my background in business and data analysis has involved understanding how organisations operate, examining processes and information, identifying problems and opportunities, working with stakeholders and helping translate business needs into practical solutions. My financial background as an FCCA also means I understand that a good idea ultimately has to work commercially.
Alongside that professional experience, I am a creative entrepreneur. My own work has taken me through photography, writing and publishing, fashion and surface design, visual storytelling, product development, digital content and the creation of original business concepts and intellectual property — including Print Lounge Studio, Roots & Style, Dream Team, and my published children's book Kenny's Prayer List, written under M. O. Lawrence.
AI has become a powerful part of how I work. I use it not as a replacement for human judgement or creativity, but as a practical tool — for researching, developing ideas, creating content, solving problems, improving processes, automating repetitive work, and helping individuals and businesses achieve more with the resources they already have.
Both sides of every business — the analytical and the human.

Today, through Exhortation Coaching, I bring those different worlds together and work with:
